01. General

These terms govern free use of the public N0VA website (the “Website”) and electronic services supplied by the entity identified above (the “Provider”).

A “User” is anyone who accesses the Website. By starting to use an electronic service, you accept these terms in relation to that service. You may view, save and print them free of charge.

02. Electronic services

Through the Website, the Provider offers:

  • access to information about N0VA, its services and published materials;
  • a project enquiry form;
  • a way to request or book a call, where that function is currently available;
  • access to articles and other professional content.

These electronic services are free. Access to content lasts while you use the Website. The form service lasts for the time needed to submit and handle the enquiry. You may stop using a service at any time by leaving the Website or abandoning the form.

03. Technical requirements

You need an Internet-connected device, a current browser supporting HTML5, CSS and JavaScript and, to submit an enquiry, an active email address. Your network operator may charge you for Internet access under your own agreement with them.

Outdated software, blocking essential browser functions or interruptions affecting public networks may limit Website functionality.

04. Enquiries and contact

You must provide accurate, current information sufficient for us to respond. You must not send unlawful content, content infringing third-party rights, malicious code, spam or information you are not authorised to disclose.

Submitting a form is a request for contact or preliminary information. It is not an offer, acceptance of an assignment or formation of a client-services contract. We may request more information and do not guarantee that we will accept every project.

We respond using the email address or phone number provided. Response times may depend on the scope of the enquiry and current team availability.

05. Call booking

If a booking calendar is available, selecting a slot is a request for a call. The booking is confirmed when you receive confirmation. Please cancel or reschedule through the link in the confirmation or by contacting the Provider.

If booking uses a third-party tool, you will be informed about the provider and its data-processing rules before using it. Calls are currently requested through the Website enquiry form.

06. Agency services

Descriptions of web services and applications, mobile applications, paid advertising, SEO and social media services are informational. Scope, schedule, fees, acceptance, intellectual property, maintenance, liability and data processing for a particular project are set out in an individual proposal, order or contract.

Website content, preliminary consultations and estimates do not guarantee a particular commercial result, search ranking, sales level or campaign performance.

07. Acceptable use

You must use the Website lawfully, fairly and in line with these terms. You must not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the Website, scrape content in a way that places an excessive load on infrastructure, or impersonate another person.

The Provider may limit access where necessary to protect security, remedy a failure or protect third-party rights.

08. Content and intellectual property

The Website’s content, brand assets, designs, graphics, layout and code are protected by copyright or other rights. Using the Website does not transfer any intellectual-property rights to you.

You may use content for your own lawful purposes. Copying, publishing, modifying or commercially exploiting it requires the right holder’s prior permission unless applicable law provides otherwise.

09. Availability and liability

The Provider aims to keep the Website secure and available but may introduce maintenance windows, updates or changes. To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not responsible for failures outside its control, public-network issues or use that breaches these terms.

External links are provided for information. Their operators are responsible for their content and availability. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Complaints

You may report an issue with an electronic service to the Provider’s email address. Include a description of the issue, when it occurred, the function involved and contact details for our response.

We will consider a complete complaint without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving it. If more information is required, this period runs from the date we receive that information.

11. Changes and governing law

We may change these terms for a valid reason, including a change in law, Website functionality, technical conditions or security measures. A one-off electronic service is governed by the version in effect when you use it.

Polish law governs these terms. This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protection available under the law of their habitual residence. Courts will have jurisdiction as determined by applicable law.
